Approximately 5 years ago while working on a railroad bridge replacement project, after opening the new bridge to train traffic there was a foundation failure. Fortunately there were not train derailments and or injuries. But the bridge foundations required a re-work.  Much like what we require in our lives. Re-work and or a second chance.
